Simple Taco Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 can (4 oz) mild jalapeno peppers, diced
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1 (8 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
1. First, In a bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice and season it with salt and pepper.
2. In another bowl, combine the refried beans and jalapeno peppers.
3. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
4. Finally, in a large bowl, add in the beans mixture. After that, top it with the avocados mixture and layer it further with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle in the tomatoes, olives and onions then cover the top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
